• Preserve bold and italic styling across font fallback and grid text shaping,
  including Markdown text rendered with conceal.
• Repaint changed grid rows at Neovim redraw boundaries so floating previews
  and other rapidly updated content do not retain the previous state.
• Avoid horizontal seams where cached grid rows clip or cover glyphs that
  extend across line boundaries.
