[Feature] allow Oauth-only internet facing login screen, while still allowing user&pw on internal url

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

It would be nice if I could make my internet facing url Oauth-only while still allowing my admin user access with a username & password on the internal URL.

Motivation: I created seperate users for the admin (someone+admin@gmail.com) and my actual user (someone@gmail.com) with data, but now can't make the install oauth only because my admin's email can't use oauth.

It could also help other users to keep from getting locked out when something happens with oAuth, or they have issues setting it up / authenticating.

I am also looking for this feature. it would extremely useful as I fear any problems with sso will lock my admin login out.
