Can I delete the encoded-video folder if I have disabled encoding?

I just installed Immich in Docker. I added an external library. Now there is a 223g encoded-video folder. I don't need videos. So I just disabled the setting. Is it safe to empty the folder too? |

No, but if you run the transcoding job for all assets, Immich will clean up every file that's not needed there. |
