Server offline after update to version 3

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

In the .env, I set version 2 to 3 and then downloaded the data with the pull command. No error message.

1.Have set version 2 to 3 in the .env
2.Then with the pull command the data downloaded. No error message.

Check your reverse proxy. Likely there is some websocket issue

It is only standing in red at the bottom left of "Server offline unknown".

I don't cut version 2.6.1 everything was fine. Only with version 3 I have the problem. What has changed?

So you are now on 3.x. You can access Immich but you keep getting an error that says "server offline unknowns". And one of the developers says it is most likely websocket related.

How are you accessing Immich when this error occurs? Tell me about that. Are you accessing it directly within your lan via server-ip:2283]. Are you using a reverse proxy and trying to reach it from the Internet itself? Do the docker logs for immich server show a specific error when you try and access Immich or is that error above (server offline...) the only error in the logs? We can try and figure this out.

Start from my browser with the localhost:2283. There I start the registration form.
How do I get to the logs?
My English only comes across so well as I start a translation tool for it.

Try this from the command line in your immich directory with the docker.yml Make the error occur and then go into the cli and run ``` docker compose logs --no-color immich-server | grep -iE -C 3 "error|fail|exception" ```
