Benchmark datasets

Database snapshots for wp give-data bench, generated with wp give-data donations on GiveWP 4.18.0: 50 campaigns with a default form each, donations in test mode spread over the three years before 2026-10-07, about one donor per ten donations.

Restore one onto a throwaway site, then benchmark it:

Each dump is a whole WordPress database from wp-env; restore rewrites the site URL when it differs. To replace a dump, generate the dataset again on a clean site and run wp give-data snapshot <label>. See docs/benchmarking.md.
