ill echo hive's sentiments for some flavour text cleanup, just marking this for organisational purposes
Changed the flavour texts for all batons, including the vanilla one.

Reskin of the vanilla Stun Baton, as well as variants that all function the same just have different designs. All of these for the Seclink. Added the sprite change for the stun baton in the changelog because that's the tangible change players will see regardless of the seclink.
