Changed

• The composer's model and thinking-level pickers now read as one
  quiet list: option rows sit one hairline-free Base01 step apart (matching
  the access/workflow menus) instead of a 6px gap with a hairline between
  every row, the provider scope row is a touch tighter, and each row's
  leading provider/reasoning tile stays neutral so ember marks only the
  selected row's check. A full-height popover is ~36px shorter, and the key
  legend can no longer wrap into a second line.
