AerialMotion v1.2.0 — Curated 4K Ambient Gallery & Fast Downloader

✨ What's New

  • Discover 4K Curated Community Gallery: An all-new in-app gallery tab to browse and download verified, non-dizzy, slow ambient live wallpapers with 1-click download and instant apply.
  • Expanded Ambient Wallpaper Lineup (9 Presets):
    • 🌌 Space & Dark: Cosmic Orbital Habitat (3.3 MB), Deep Space Nebula (2.1 MB), and Midnight Forest Signal (2.2 MB)
    • ⛩️ Zen & Japan: Japanese Garden Serenity (4.4 MB, created by Sachin Kaundal via Kling AI) & Twilight Over Horizon (2.4 MB)
    • 🌧️ Cozy & Lo-Fi: Cozy Forest Cabin (6.4 MB) & Neon Rain Pod (3.0 MB)
    • 🌲 Deep Nature: Blue Forest Waterfalls (7.8 MB) & Golden Alpine Meadow (2.9 MB)
  • Creator Credits & Attribution: Full creator credits and clickable source links displayed directly on each wallpaper card in the gallery.
  • Category Filters: Easily filter by ✨ All, 🌌 Space & Dark, ⛩️ Zen & Japan, 🌧️ Cozy & Lo-Fi, and 🌲 Deep Nature.
  • Dynamic Live Catalog Refresh: Live Sync (🔄) button that pulls updated catalog manifests from GitHub with cache-busting, allowing new community wallpapers to appear without updating the app.
  • Native Kernel Downloader with Cancel Support: Fast streaming via URLSessionDownloadTask with progress tracking and an instant Stop Download button to cancel in-progress downloads at any time.
  • Interactive Navigation Pills: Full-frame hit-tested navigation tabs and filter pills for responsive clicking anywhere on the button.

🐛 Fixes & Polish

  • Dedicated Settings Window: Settings now opens in its own native macOS window, preventing it from collapsing or disappearing when clicking buttons, toggles, or opening directories.
  • Direct Wallpaper Activation: Fixed name matching between catalog presets and library items so clicking 'Download & Set' directly activates any curated loop without stalling.
  • Live Processing Feedback: Added active 'Setting...' indicator during background conversion.
