Profiler 0.1.0

First release.

• Times publics, natives and, in scripts compiled with -d2 or -d3, every function.
• Reports Pawn time per second, the slowest ticks, which natives each public calls, stack and heap use, and run time errors with file, line and call chain.
• Configured in config.json under profiler. profiler.scripts picks the scripts to profile.
• Console and RCON command: profiler [report | reset | stop | start].

Place Profiler.dll in the components folder of the server. Built for Windows (x86) and tested with open.mp 1.6.7.

The zip also holds the license of subhook, which is compiled into the component.
