• Fix end-to-end encrypted account and credential synchronization across PCs, including live downloaded-vault polling and real Settings Sync passes from both dashboards.
• Merge concurrent realtime vault changes and prefer server-issued credential freshness when PC clocks disagree.
• Keep newly received accounts disabled until enabled on that PC.
• Keep password entry in the dashboard and correctly pass Rescue authentication through the command boundary.
• Keep the password copy and Rescue on/off state local to each PC; users enter the same vault password separately on authorized PCs.
