• Adds a step-by-step INSTALL.md workflow for starting a new Unity project from the published Golden Baseline.
• Aligns reusable architecture tests with every optional Utility dependency direction already permitted by structural authority.
• Removes the direct com.unity.collab-proxy dependency and verifies that it is not transitively reintroduced and that VersionControlSettings remains byte-preserved.
• Adds retrospective durable lifecycle provenance for the completed reference feature while explicitly preserving the unavailable original provenance as a limitation.
