This is a bugfix release containing the following fix:
- [BUGFIX] Restore captcha validation in CaptchaValidator - thx to Alfred Bösch (#722)
The captcha validation has been broken since 13.3.0: the validation refactoring replaced the
$validationSettings property of AbstractValidator with the ValidationSettingsService, but
CaptchaValidator kept reading the removed property. captchaEnabled() therefore always returned false,
so forms with a configured sr_freecap captcha accepted submissions without a valid captcha.
Installations that use a captcha for spam protection should update.
