• --repo OWNER/REPO (or a full URL) imports a single repository, skipping the PRETOOLS listing.
• --updated-within-days N imports only entries updated in the last N days, cached in its own listing file.

Changed

• --max-retries now defaults to 1 instead of 6: a failing repository is recorded and skipped with no backoff wait. Raise it to restore the old behaviour.
• Version now lives in pyproject.toml; the VERSION file is gone.
• CI tags and ships only on pushes to main; pull requests just validate the version, and publishing a GitHub Release also builds an image.
