Fixed bug with RDF-encoded data dictionaries where the response options (choices) weren't being encoded.

Fixed bug causing the above problem within DD_to_nidm function. Also fixed associated tests of BIDS-compliant data dictionary and ReproSchema-compliant data dictionary.

Modified the way UUIDs are created for RDF files so if a variable with the exact same data dictionary is converted multiple times, the UUIDs will remain the same. Hashed from the data dictionary contents.

Fixed the RDF coding of multiple authors in BIDS dataset to be proper list instead of string with separators.
