Enhancements

• oidc-agent now tracks the used oidc authentication flow and stores it in the account configuration file. This allows a
  re-authentication to use the same flow. This is especially useful when the used client only allows certain flows.
• Added --edit / -e option to oidc-gen to edit an existing account configuration. It behaves like --manual, but
  requires the account configuration to already exist and fails otherwise instead of creating a new configuration.
• oidc-gen -m with an existing account configuration now auto-detects the usage of a public client from the config
  file, so the --pub flag is not longer needed.
• Don't send Basic auth header for public clients
