Waindow 1.10.0 connects Tidy Menu Bar to the tools you already use: search
menu bar items from the Quick Panel, keep the bar tidy during presentations,
and let workspaces remember the tidy state.

Previous public binary releases are removed only after the new download,
website, update manifest, and Homebrew path all pass verification.

First launch

The current direct build is not yet Developer ID notarized. On first launch,
macOS may require System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Waindow
is free and does not require an account, product key, trial, or subscription.

What changed

• The Quick Panel now finds other apps' menu bar items by name: type a query
  and press Return to open that item, even while it is hidden — Waindow
  reveals the icons briefly so the menu opens on screen, and auto-rehide
  tidies the bar again.
• Menu bar item search follows the Window Finder contract: names are read
  only while the panel is open, nothing is stored, and it reuses the
  Accessibility permission you already granted for window control.
• Starting a Presentation Tools session now collapses an enabled Tidy Menu
  Bar for the duration of the session and restores it on Stop & Restore All.
  A disabled feature is never switched on.
• Saving a workspace now remembers the tidy state; applying the workspace
  restores it, and undo reverts it. Workspaces never enable the feature by
  themselves.
• Adds one localized string to all 40 interface languages.

Privacy and product boundaries

• The hiding mechanism itself still reads no other app's menu bar items and
  captures no screen content.
• Menu bar item names are read on demand, only while the Quick Panel is
  open, and are discarded when it closes.
• No telemetry, account, payment, subscription, or usage limit.
• macOS 13.1 or later; Apple Silicon and Intel in one Universal app.

Verification

• 530 app tests passed with zero failures or skips, including new
  regressions for the item catalog's permission gate and display names,
  session-owned collapse and restore, and workspace save, apply, and undo
  of the tidy state.
• Menu bar item enumeration and pressing a hidden item were measured on this
  Mac through an Accessibility-signed test host before the feature was built.
• Product-scope and 40-locale key/placeholder gates passed.
• Xcode Analyze and the Universal Release build passed; the extracted ZIP
  contains x86_64 arm64 and passes strict code-signature verification.
• The packaged ZIP contains no AppleDouble, __MACOSX, or source-like entries.
• This release makes no unsupported best-in-class claim.
