Use Node 20 or later. Install the test dependencies and Chromium once:
npm ci
npx playwright install chromiumRun make test to compile the TypeScript, run the model tests with coverage,
and exercise the rendered application in Chromium with Playwright.
Everything you enter stays in your browser. Trips are saved to your browser's localStorage so they are still there when you come back. This is a static webpage and does not track or store any of your data or analytics. And it never will.
Your data lives in your browser until you press Reset or clear the site's
data.
The site is served by GitHub Pages, which logs visitor IP addresses like any web host. That is covered by GitHub's privacy statement.
