Descriptions now fit Claude Code's character-based skill-listing budget (visible listing 14,846 → 3,646 characters), and five hidden side-effect skills (translate, publish, social-adapt, switch-backend, add-integration; three had been reachable only through a wrapper command, two not at all) now each have one visible entry that shows its scope and waits for an explicit yes.
