Decksmith 1.0.0 — experimental Debian 13 preview

A separate Debian-native x86_64 build corrects the Fedora archive's newer-glibc requirement. This is a prerelease for testing on Debian 13 with GNOME/Wayland. Fedora Workstation 44 remains the supported V1 platform; broad compatibility remains a V1.5 goal. The Fedora v1.0.0 download is unchanged.

Use decksmith-debian13-x86_64.tar.gz, with all matching verification files. A Rust compiler is not needed. The historical Fedora URL installer is not compatible with this Debian preview.

• CI build, Rust/Python tests and dependency audit passed.
• All six downloads have build attestations; independent verification passed against public source dee2f2c285041dc19388ed579b90886e4b58341a and the separate Debian signing workflow.
• Debian VM installation, saved-data recovery, native GTK/Wayland and VirtualDeck checks passed.
• Editor layout, keyboard focus and artwork picker were accepted in the full GNOME session using the preceding native test build.
• Screen reader, physical USB/audio, lock/suspend/hotplug and long-term Debian performance are not qualified.

Save edits before updating. Per-user installation preserves layouts/login preference and retains the previous build/configuration backup. Controls are started deliberately after installation; startup stays off unless previously enabled. Checksums detect corruption; verify provenance before executing the installer.
