Bugfix release.

  • Fix handling of non-UTF-8 filenames during verify and repair
  • Prevent false failures caused by smart quotes and mixed encodings in filenames

This improves robustness when working with real-world media libraries and metadata sourced from tools such as MusicBrainz.
