chore: perform manual upgrade to 9f205a7

This is an upgrade to the current latest version. I put it together for you because it required some manual steps (file deletions) because I turned the scripts package into an esm (ipdxco/github-as-code#171).

I skipped updating .github files and terraform.tf as I noticed you tried the upgrade to Tofu. On that note, I wanted to let you know that I did want to do that - ipdxco/github-as-code#109 - so if you feel it's ready, feel free to contribute it back :)

And again, thank you for checking out the project!
