I've tested this in probe-lab org ✅ This requires manual removal of some of the files in the scripts directory. I'm going to add a note about it in the changelog (https://github.com/probe-lab/github-mgmt/pull/28/files). |

This PR turns script into an ESM module and updates all the dependencies to the latest versions. It should be tested in a real organisation before being merged.
