Flexible PCI filtering and VPP validation

  • Omitted pciClasses defaults safely to Ethernet class 0200.
  • Explicit pciClasses: [] disables class filtering while retaining driver and include/exclude filters.
  • Adds a digest-pinned ligato/vpp-base:25.10-release two-replica example.
  • Adds live-tested e2e coverage proving distinct PCI and VFIO-group injection into both VPP instances.
  • Each VPP exposes an Intel iAVF VirtualFunctionEthernet and sees only its allocated VFIO group.
