Migration to version 7.x.x

Changes

From version 7.0.0, Android's target SDK has increased to 35 (Android 15) as of the official blogpost. Since Gradle version had also been increased, required minimum JDK is 17 - check your CORDOVA_JAVA_HOME or JAVA_HOME variables and update if necessary.
