music-i18n/musicxml

This is a fork of the MusicXML specification to add support for "music-i18n" (music internationalization) to MusicXML. This includes:

• Supporting micro-tonality
• Supporting SMuFL more fully
• Supporting multiple languages
• Experimenting with extending musical concepts (accidentals, key signatures, nomenclature, etc.)

Changelog

• Fixed musicxml.xsd linking to xml.xsd and xlink.xsd to allow for local validation
• Added simplistic unit testing, requires shunit2 and xmllint
• Added support for multiple node/accidental and key/key-accidental entries
