Cliptray is the new name for OpenClip.

Updated executable, application branding, project documentation and installer names where provided. Existing saved settings remain compatible.

Extract the Windows ZIP and run Cliptray.exe. Keep included files together. No separate .NET installation is required.

Verification: hosted regression tests, release build and packaged application checks passed. This release packages the exact executable from that successful Windows CI run.
