Cortiq Mobile 1.3.0

One app for chat and CMF Decision. Existing chat models and conversations remain supported.

  • CMF Decision: select a skill, enter text, get an accepted choice or an explicit abstention. Reconstruction and total request time are shown separately.
  • Phone API: /v1/decide, typed /v1/decisions, skill discovery and bearer authentication on a trusted LAN.
  • Optional oracle: configurable HTTPS provider, model ID and encrypted key; confirmation before each external call. LAN clients cannot spend the oracle key.
  • Clear model types: chat, decision model and skill add-on are distinguished in the library and picker.
  • Seven UI languages: English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Chinese and Turkish.
  • Cortiq 0.8.0: pinned native source builds. Decision uses CPU on mobile; existing chat GPU support is retained.

Verified

181 Flutter tests, analyzer, native Rust tests, actual-CMF contract test, Android and iOS builds passed in GitHub Actions. A real Android phone ran Decision, HTTP API and Hy-MT2 Q1T translation through the retained chat path.

Apple build 47 finished processing as VALID; Google Play build 47 is in the internal test track. These are not public App Store/Play rollouts. The IPA attached here is unsigned, separate from the signed App Store Connect upload.

Phone setup, API and oracle guide

Use bearer authentication before starting the server; restart the server after changing authentication settings. The phone API is unencrypted HTTP for a trusted network, not a public 24/7 hosting service.
