feat(msc_boot): add support for UART-based DAPLink upgrade via Tx pin

This version enables MSC bootloader functionality.

To upgrade DAPLink firmware, connect Tx (IO2) to VCC during reset.

When the Tx pin is held high at startup, the device enters bootloader mode and exposes an MSC drive for drag-and-drop firmware update.
