  1. fix(uart): restore UART function by disabling rx error check

Temporarily disabled the UART reception error handling logic to re-enable the basic UART send and receive functionality, which was previously broken. This is an interim solution.

  1. perf(uart): increase max baud rate to over 4Mbps

Updated the UART configuration to enable higher baud rates. Tested and confirmed stable operation at speeds exceeding 4Mbps.

  1. fix(uart): prevent probabilistic loss of last byte on TX

Fixed a bug that caused the last byte of a UART transmission to be lost intermittently. The driver now correctly waits for the transmit shift register to empty, ensuring all data is sent.
