if you've added non steam games to your steam library, basic launcher will now display them!

i also had to add a fix for animated game artworks. pygame doesn't know how to display them and i had to add a fix that saves them as a static image.

fix scrolling and mouse improvements

capped scrolling so you no longer can scroll up beyond the games, or down past them.

also made it scroll automatically so your selection is always in view (when using controller / keyboard).

made cursor hand shaped when hovering button (quite handy if you ask me).

fixed various rendering bugs and improved config stuff.

also added support for multiple steam library folders (like if you have multiple disks)

controller support !

wooo!

finally added controller support! use d-pad or joystick to navigate, and press any button to launch the currently selected game.

windows disclaimer:
the controller i have automatically sends d-pad input as arrow keys, and the A button as enter. this means it will send double movement input, which ive tried to negate with ifs that verify that it isnt moving twice, but its still buggy.

if you primarily use controller input on windows, i recommend setting either disable_keyboard_navigation or disable_controller to false in the config file, which will fix this, ensuring that only one method of input will be used.

second one!

replaced pygame_gui with my own ui handling.

this more than halved the file size of the built exe which is great.

also i was already rewriting a lot of the ui (like the rendering), so switching off pygame_gui wasn't a big deal.

first release :)
