- electron-builder.yml: fix publish repo from 'numismat-enrichment' to
  'Numisync-Wizard' so auto-updater checks the correct GitHub repo
- build.yml: capture dist/latest.yml in windows-installer artifact and
  attach it to the GitHub release so electron-updater can find it
