Breaking Changes

  • Codex/Gemini/GPT provider adapters removed (Claude-only)
  • Multi-model orchestration removed (run_role, run_team_workflow)
  • ~/.codex/ install logic removed from lifecycle scripts
  • team-config.json schema and ai-team templates removed

Phase 1: Strip & Purify

  • 10 files deleted (~2,500 lines), 8 files edited
  • client_installers.mjs: Codex functions removed (-159 lines)
  • provider_adapters.mjs: Claude adapter only
  • package.json: Codex-related scripts removed

Terminology Standardization

  • PSE Chain (outer user workflow) / SVS Loop (inner quality gate) hierarchy established
  • "Wave" replaces "Swarm", "Teammate" replaces "Subagent"
  • Unified handoff format across all PSE chain skills
  • Task-type-aware handoff: type: code → /Qcode-run-task, non-code → next Phase
  • /Qgs shortcut skill enhanced with fallback to /Qgenerate-spec
