Initial DSH-facing release for reproducing, validating, and drafting reports for the initial-d/ml-quant-trading protocol v1 CPU benchmark. This release intentionally stays narrow: no trading agent, no model-provider setup, no market-data API calls, and no automatic GitHub posting.
