PyInstaller GUI v1.3.0

The new version of PyInstaller GUI is out, focused on stability, security, and full support for PyInstaller 6.x options.

Key bug fixes in this release:

• Fixed the --add-data/--add-binary path separator bug that was broken on Windows (now selected based on OS)
• Removed unsafe shell=True execution — now runs directly via [sys.executable, "-m", "PyInstaller", ...]
• Fixed a deadlock risk in the worker by merging stdout/stderr into a single stream
• Version Checker now uses sys.executable instead of hardcoded python/pyinstaller (works with venvs)
• Fixed a severe command preview bug where the syntax highlighter's str.replace corrupted the entire preview (rewritten with a proper tokenizer)
• Fixed Recent Files being polluted with every typed character
• Added darkdetect as a proper dependency
• Proper QThread cleanup on window close (fixes crash on exit)

New features:

• New Imports & Hooks tab
• Support for 30+ new PyInstaller options (--collect-all, --paths, --exclude-module, --noupx, --optimize, --strip, --noconfirm, --contents-directory, and more)
• Full Windows settings (--uac-admin, --version-file, --manifest, --hide-console) and macOS settings (--argv-emulation, --target-architecture, --codesign-identity)
• Custom destination for each added file inside the bundle
• Stop button to cancel a build, plus open output folder on success
• New CI workflow testing on Linux/Windows/macOS
