Stacked on top of #35

• Further improves speed in edge cases
• UI changes to be more like Darn
  • Why?
    • The existing spinner+temp text didn't really have much "signs of life" while working
    • Elements like progress bars help users (me!) understand what's happening
    • Sections with a transcript and timings also helpful for understanding what happened
