What happened?

When editing todo lists - especially deleting or copy pasting items, new orphan list items are being introduced.
Happened twice and was so jarring, revereted back to Obsidian for now.

Steps to reproduce

Take a page full of todo items, and add new in between, or delete or copy paste.

And you end up with these huge list of orphans
