In agent chats opened in the browser, hovering a GitHub pull request or issue link now shows a card with its title, state, and author, plus lines changed and merge status for pull requests.

A remembered agent reasoning level such as xhigh now comes back in new agent chats when another remembered setting, like turning thinking on, is what makes it available.
