Bug reports sent after the desktop app froze or ended unexpectedly now record where the app was stuck and whether it exited on its own or was killed.

Tooltips in the agent chat and Ask AI inputs now open after a short delay and no longer stay open over the content, the agent settings button no longer shows a model summary tooltip, and the selected-option dot in menus is centered and uses the primary color.
