Patch Changes
- When an outside edit and your own edit change the same paragraph, OpenKnowledge now keeps both versions in the document, yours first, instead of raising a conflict to resolve. Both earlier versions are saved in the document's history.
- Fix installing bundled project and user skills from the desktop app, including Pi on Windows.
