Saving a Markdown document in the app, by an agent, while idle or at quit now checks the file first and merges an outside edit instead of writing over it. Agent writes over a changed file are merged instead of refused with urn:ok:error:disk-divergence, which is retired.
When OpenKnowledge keeps both versions of an edit, or saves an outside version to the timeline because it could not merge it, the document now shows a quiet notice saying so. Timeline entries for those cases now say which version they hold.
Outside edits the file watcher misses now appear within seconds, or about two minutes on very large projects: OpenKnowledge re-checks the project on a timer, watches again after a watcher failure, and re-reads open documents when the window regains focus or reconnects. Large projects use less memory.
