Record utility-data-received for data messages before the session
lookup returns, once per ptyId, with windowId and currentSession.
Trace only a session's first delivery attempt: a destroyed window
records main-data-relay-skipped once, otherwise one main-data-relay
begin/end pair whose ok means sendData returned. Move the renderer
receipt mark ahead of the onData session filter and record
message.ptyId once per id. Drop the renderer phase from the
TypeScript PtyPhase union and name every skipped phase set in the
unchecked-session warning.
