Expected Behaviour
DigitalOcean should work as a provider
Current Behaviour
It doesn't and fails with an error message
Possible Solution
Move to the Ubuntu 18.04 image, given that the 16.04 image has been removed without any attempt to contact customers who are using the image by DO.
Apparently, you're supposed to monitor this page regularly to find out when images are being removed?

This will potentially apply to all other providers, so OS images should be updated where they are not already on Ubuntu 18.04.
