• Fix: graph artifact installation replaces a route's artifact document atomically when the store copy changed under the same key, keeps identical documents untouched, tolerates a store file that disappeared while the artifact copy still serves the route, and reports promoted, replaced, skipped, and kept routes through Static_Prerender_Early_Serve::last_promotion()
