• Fix: content and metadata changes refresh populated block choices without rebuilding block discovery or compiled assets, and a burst of writes such as a translation sync coalesces into one refresh per thirty seconds, adjustable with blockstudio/cache/populate_debounce
• Fix: runtime build locks use fixed build paths instead of accumulating a new lock file for each content change
• Fix: idle build locks left by earlier releases are removed across cache namespaces in bounded background batches starting five minutes after upgrade, abandoned cache namespaces are collected by the same batch instead of only from static prerender writes, and wp bs cache cleanup drains the backlog on demand
• Fix: populated choices persist on hosts without advisory file locks instead of being refreshed on every request
• Fix: internal cache pruning no longer invokes WordPress media-deletion filters and their attachment queries
• Fix: concurrent requests reuse safe last-good block metadata during slow rebuilds instead of starting duplicate builds
