Changes

  • Per-batch execution for runsql — GO batches execute one at a time on a single persistent connection, interleaving echo output with results. Errors appear inline next to the failing batch.
  • Persistent connection — OpenConnection/ExecuteBatch/CloseConnection on ISqlExecutor (MSSQL and Sybase). Preserves session state (USE database, temp tables, SET options) across GO batches.
  • Per-batch status output — (return status = 0) after each successful batch.
  • Fixed duplicate error messages — InfoMessage handlers filter severity >= 11 (already reported via exception catch).
  • Fixed self-contained publish — v2.0.14 was incorrectly published without the .NET runtime.
