bug: Video Quality doesn't increase automatically and gets stuck at 360p

Bug description

I've built rvx with latest patches, Video Quality is locked at 360p while its set on auto and its not changing as the video plays. I have disabled remember video quality option from revanced settings and all the video quality settings are set to auto and i have tried to change the spoof client to each to the available options but nothing seems to be working and I have to manually change quality of each video
Its going higher from 144p to 360p but its getting stuck at 360p and not going higher than 360p

Try changing the default client in Spoof streaming data to iOS or Android VR.

Simply said, try cycling through the different clients.

I'VE tried each client and tried to enable and disable each setting related to spoofing but anything didn't work for me
