What's new in Lace 2.3.0
Added
Hardware wallets: Support for the Trezor Safe 7
Midnight: A "Reset sync state" option in Midnight account settings, so sync issues can be recovered from directly in the app without any technical steps
Improved
Staking: The stake pool list now opens in a considered default order and shows each pool's estimated annual rewards rate, backed by a more accurate rate calculation
Governance: Better search in the DRep browser, and a default ordering based on the quality and completeness of each DRep's profile rather than raw voting power
Tokens: Your chosen token list sort order is now remembered across sessions
Security: Blockchain data requests are now routed through Lace's own services, keeping provider credentials out of the app entirely
Fixed
Governance: Delegating your vote to a script-based (multisig) DRep now works correctly
Hardware wallets: Wallets whose keys are required through native scripts now sign correctly on Ledger, Keystone, and SeedSigner devices, and dApp transactions detect script-required signatures reliably
dApps: Requests no longer fail when the extension's background process restarts while a dApp call is in progress
dApps: Signing chained transactions — where a transaction spends the output of another that hasn't confirmed yet — now works
Tokens: Balances now refresh promptly after receiving funds and after an account is fully spent — these were display-only issues, and funds were always secured and correct on-chain
Activity: Transaction details no longer stay marked "Pending" after the transaction has confirmed
Staking: Transactions built while a staking or voting transaction is still pending now correctly account for the funds that transaction uses
Staking: Using the search bar no longer closes the stake pool selection sheet
UI: Amounts are typed and displayed using the thousands and decimal separators of your device's regional settings
UI: Pressing buttons inside stacked sheets no longer collapses the whole stack
Bitcoin: The "Your keys" screen now shows the account's public key (xpub) instead of a receive address
