Vaulith 1.0.44

Your sensitive documents are now understood, not just pattern-matched. Vaulith's on-device AI reads document content and locks legal, medical, financial, identity, and personal records in the Protected tier — where they can never be selected for deletion. The filename shield also learned litigation vocabulary (briefs, appendices, addenda, exhibits) and now handles underscore-separated filenames correctly.

Also in this release:

  • Sign-in now runs on auth.vaulith.com — our own domain, our own OAuth. The consent screen says Vaulith, as it should.
  • Windows safety fixes — duplicate detection now uses true file identity on Windows, closing a rare path where a file could be matched against itself.
  • New pricing — Pro annual is now $59/yr.
  • Accessibility — reduced-motion support, visible keyboard focus, and a full AA contrast pass across the app.
  • PDF understanding — the engine can now read text inside compressed PDFs (with strict decompression bounds), improving both duplicate grouping and AI analysis.
  • Design refresh: one unified visual language across app, dashboard, and website.

All analysis runs on your device. Nothing leaves your machine. Deletions remain quarantine-first and recoverable.
