CCM 1.0.0-beta.2

@github-actions github-actions released this 24 Oct 16:01

CCM 1.0.0-beta.2 is the second public beta of the Code Counter Machine.

The terminal report now shows every count column whenever the terminal has room: it widens past 80 columns only as far as the language table needs, and on a narrow terminal it narrows the share bars before it drops a column. Counts are unchanged: the count policy is still lexical-v5.

Count source, follow a declared change, and inspect the evidence and resource assumptions behind the result. The release includes terminal, standalone HTML, JSON, NDJSON, and CSV reports, a broad language catalog, and an editable 2026 AI, tool, and human cost scenario.

Downloads include Linux x86-64 and ARM64 (static musl), Windows x86-64 (static MSVC runtime), macOS Intel and Apple Silicon (macOS 12+), and FreeBSD x86-64 (15.1). Each archive contains the executable, licenses, and a build record naming its exact source commit. SHA256SUMS covers all six archives and the PDF book.

macOS binaries are unsigned. This is a beta interface; the economic model is a planning scenario with unverified workload assumptions, not measured usage or a validated delivery forecast.
