KAPRI 0.9.0 – Release Candidate 1

This release publishes the first release candidate of KAPRI 0.9.0.

It includes:

• the complete KAPRI Specification Suite,
• normative JSON Schemas,
• the executable Ruby reference implementation,
• T1–T4 conformance-test workflows,
• the T5 interoperability-test scaffold,
• and a minimal signed example Package with validation helpers.

The published example Package was validated from a fresh GitHub checkout. All T3 validation categories passed with the overall result VALID.

KAPRI 0.9.0 remains a release candidate. Feedback and independent implementation experience are welcome.
